Description: Will empower adults with developmental disabilities while supporting them daily. One must have the ability to work as a team player. Be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; handle sensitive face-to-face contacts, maintain a friendly atmosphere and be willing to have fun! Will be required to transport individuals for activities, doctor's appointments, etc. Must have adequate transportation to complete job responsibilities. Training provided.

- Direct Care Professional:

Description: Must be able to possess and practice a commitment to provide a home environment to the individuals residing in the home. The Direct Care Professional will work directly with the individuals both individually and in groups to help meet their various social, physical and psychological needs

- Home Manager Professional:

Description: The Home Manager Professional will provide a home environment for the individuals residing in the home. The Home Manager Professional will work directly with the individuals, individually and in group, to help meet their various social, Physical and Psychological needs. Other needs which are supervised and directed by the Home Manager Professional include: employment, educational, financial, recreational and any other which is deemed appropriate. The Home Manager Professional is responsible for all scheduling and coordination of all of their activities.

- LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse
***Currently hiring FULL & PART TIME in Bolivar***
Description: The nurse will dispense medication to those individuals who require such. Nursing services will be provided in accordance with each individual's needs who resides in the facility. Participate as appropriate in the planning and implementation of training for the individuals.
